The Fine Print
Privacy Policy
What this site collects, what it never does with your information, and how to get anything deleted. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Updated August 13, 2026
SunnyvaleTexas.com is an independent guide to Sunnyvale, Texas, and this page explains what the site does with your information. The short version: it collects very little, and it never sells any of it.
This policy is effective as of August 2026.
What we collect
Two things, and only two things.
Form submissions. If you fill out a form on this site, we receive the fields you typed: your name, email, phone number, and message. Nothing is collected from a form you did not submit.
Aggregate analytics. The site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate. It tells us things like which pages get read and roughly how many people visited. It does not build a profile of you, and it does not follow you to other websites.
What we do not do
- No ad trackers. There is no advertising pixel, no retargeting script, and no third-party ad network anywhere on this site.
- No selling or renting personal data. Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with data brokers, ever.
- No cookies for tracking. The analytics described above work without them.
How form data is used
Form submissions are used for exactly two purposes: responding to you, and routing your inquiry to the matching sponsor when the form says so. For example, a form about buying or selling a home may be shared with the Featured Agent as an advertising referral. Every form discloses this before you submit, and the full arrangement is explained on the Not a Brokerage page.
Sponsors receive only the inquiry you submitted. They do not get access to analytics, other submissions, or anything else.
Retention and deletion
Form submissions are retained in the site owner's email inbox. They are not loaded into a marketing database or a mailing list, and you will not be enrolled in a newsletter you did not ask for.
If you want your information deleted, send a request through the contact form and it will be removed from the site owner's records. Note that if your inquiry was already shared with a sponsor as disclosed on the form, you may also want to contact that sponsor directly, since their records are their own.
Questions
This policy is intentionally short because the site intentionally does very little with your data. If anything here is unclear, or if you think the site is doing something this page does not describe, ask. Corrections and challenges are welcome, as covered on the About page. If this policy ever changes, the effective date above will change with it.
